The Illinois House of Representatives adjourned last week without voting on SB 1381, the Illinois medical cannabis bill. We expect Rep. Lou Lang (D-Skokie) to call for a vote in November during the veto session, or in January when the legislature will return for a few days before the new legislature is sworn-in.
